About
How I got here.
I'm a Bulgarian-born entrepreneur who has lived in eight countries and spent fifteen years learning that the right system beats hard work every single time. I used to be a $300/month personal trainer. Now I build AI that runs business operations around the clock. The distance between those two things is this story.

I grew up in Bulgaria as the kid nobody bet on. Homeschooled for two years because my attention span was a disaster. Bullied for being the skinniest person in any room. At 15, I was so hooked on World of Warcraft that I'd fake going to school, sneak back home, and play for 12 hours straight. I was genuinely good at it — top of the server good — which taught me something I still use: if you put enough obsessive hours into something, you will get good at it. The skill is transferable. The addiction, less so.

The gym came next. June 27, 2009 — I touched a weight for the first time. Three months in, with a trainer named Georgi actually holding me accountable, I had visible results for the first time in my life. That feeling — of having a system, following it, and watching it actually work — became the blueprint for everything I've done since. I got my ISSA certification. I competed in my first physique competition on 90 days of preparation, placed 5th, and learned more about execution and mindset from that loss than from anything that came before it.

November 19, 2013 — the day before my birthday — I landed my first job as a personal trainer at a boutique gym in Sofia. I was working 7am to 9pm, Monday through Sunday, making around $300 a month. I loved it. I was also burning out completely. I tried everything to grow online: SEO, Google Ads, blogging, video. Spent every spare dollar on courses that went nowhere. I was convinced I was just the dumbest person alive. Then Russell Brunson showed up in my Facebook feed. I ignored him twice. The third time, I ordered his book — and it taught me more about marketing in 250 pages than three years of failing had. Sales funnels. The idea that you guide people through a journey instead of just broadcasting. I was obsessed.

I launched SK Media — a lead generation agency specifically for gym owners — and spent four years filling fitness businesses with paying clients using paid advertising and funnel systems. It worked. Well enough that I ended up co-founding Fit Lab Studio and Fit Team Impact back in Bulgaria, running multiple gym locations with 20+ staff and a pipeline of over 15,000 leads that I was mostly managing by hand. That's when the burnout hit a second time, and it hit harder.

The chapter that changed my understanding of what real scale looks like came when I became the marketing and systems architect for the world's #2 network marketing company — a brand whose CEO now leads a publicly traded $5 billion business. I built systems at a level I'd never operated before. I spoke on stages in Manila, Bangkok, and Singapore. I lived across eight countries — Bulgaria, USA, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Brazil — and outgrew every version of myself I'd been before. What I learned: the size of what you can build has almost nothing to do with where you started. It has everything to do with the quality of the systems you put in place.

The same question that's driven every chapter — how do I help more people, with less friction, at greater scale? — has one clear answer right now: AI. The reality is that most business owners are still running 21st-century businesses with 19th-century methods. Missed calls, slow follow-ups, overworked front desks. In late 2024 I founded Wellgrow to fix that. We build AI voice and chat agents that handle inbound and outbound operations around the clock. No extra headcount. No burnout. Just systems that work while you're not. Wellgrow now handles 400,000+ calls across 200+ businesses in 11 industries. I run it from a laptop, wherever I happen to be. The gym taught me that consistency beats intensity. The marketing years taught me that systems beat hustle. This is the next evolution of that same belief — and I'm all in.
Timeline
Personal Trainer — Sofia, Bulgaria
Started as a personal trainer the hard way — skinny kid with zero experience, rejected by 100+ gyms before landing my first job the day before my 20th birthday. Worked 7am–9pm, seven days a week at Platinum Health Club and Trinity Sports Center in Sofia. Made around $300/month. Got my ISSA certification. Competed in my first physique show with 90 days of prep. Built my first website. Wrote for health and wellness publications. Burned out completely — and started looking for a smarter way.

SK Media — Gym Growth Pros
After discovering sales funnels and paid advertising through Russell Brunson's work, I launched SK Media — a lead generation agency focused entirely on filling gym floors with paying clients. Helped dozens of fitness businesses generate leads on autopilot using Facebook Ads and funnel systems. Operated remotely, which meant I could be anywhere. First proof that the system-over-hustle thesis actually scales.

Fit Lab Studio · Fit Team Impact · 4 Gym Locations
Co-founded Fit Lab Studio and Fit Team Impact in Sofia — running online and in-person body transformation programs. At peak, operating 4 gym locations with 20+ staff. Built a pipeline of 15,000+ leads, managed almost all of it by hand. The burnout that followed forced me to start automating everything.

Systems & Marketing — World's #2 Network Marketing Company
Became the marketing and systems architect for the world's second-largest network marketing company — a brand now valued at over $5 billion on the public markets. Built lead generation and automation systems at a scale I'd never operated before. Spoke at events in Manila, Bangkok, and Singapore. Lived in eight countries across this period. Fundamentally changed how I think about leverage, distribution, and what's actually possible when the systems are right.

Digital Wellness Partners
Co-founded Digital Wellness Partners, helping 50+ functional medicine and health & wellness clinics grow with AI-powered lead generation and automation. First serious foray into full AI implementation. The results were undeniable — and pointed directly toward what came next.

Wellgrow — AI Agent Platform
Founded Wellgrow Limited (Hong Kong) and launched the Wellgrow SaaS platform — AI voice and chat agents that handle inbound leads, outbound follow-up, and appointment booking 24/7. No humans required. Wellgrow now handles 400,000+ calls across 200+ businesses in 11 industries. Operating from Thailand. Building in public.

How I think
Operators beat theorists
I don't teach from textbooks. I've run businesses, made the mistakes, and built systems to fix them. Proximity to the problem matters.
The system always wins
Talent and hustle are fuel. A system is the engine. Without the engine, you're just burning.
Speed is a business model
78% of clients go with whoever responds first. Building fast systems isn't just operational — it's a direct revenue driver.
Discomfort is the compass
Every uncomfortable decision I've made has paid off. Every safe one has cost me. I've stopped waiting to feel ready.
Share everything useful
If I figure something out, I put it online. The best way to build trust is to give away the thinking, not just the outcome.
How you do one thing is how you do everything
Integrity is the baseline — not a value on a slide deck. Treat every person the way you'd want to be treated, show up the same way whether anyone is watching or not.
